Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and your feedback
helps us improve our products and services. If for any reason you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase, contact Best Buy Button & Buckle within
30 days from the invoice date for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping
charge and 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING:
Orders processed by 1:00PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday
will be shipped within 24 hours, unless the products are on back order. Please
be aware that our shipping options are offered for weekday delivery only.
PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
We are not responsible for misprints or out of stock items.
STYLES:
Actual styles of some products may vary from the pictorial
representation found in the web site.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the
original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for
the original purchase. The charge will appear on the credit card until the returned
product is received in the Best Buy Button & Buckle warehouse. Refund
will be credited within 15 days after the return is received.
SHIPPING CHARGE:
Shipping charge is non-refundable. Shipping Rate is subject
to change without prior notice. Oversize items and some destinations may be
subject to additional charges.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
OBTAIN A RMA #
1. All returns must have a RMA number for processing. RMA are
only valid for 30 days (Postmarked by or Carrier Posted by the 30th day) and
can only be obtained by sending e-mail to us. Contact
us by e-mail.
2. Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package
will not be accepted.
3. Products received after 30 days will be returned to the
customer and freight billed to the customer credit card.
RETURN PACKAGING:
Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all
manuals and related materials. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the
outside box / package. Please Note: We must receive all original products in
order to process your return or exchange. Best Buy Button & Buckle
is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost
shipments. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned
products; Best Buy Button & Buckle will match your shipping method
on your replacement or exchange product. If the return is our mistake, we will
refund the entire shipping cost with original refund.
RETURN SHIPPING METHOD:
Best Buy Button & Buckle strongly recommends you
use a carrier that can provide you with tracking numbers and proof of delivery
for your protection. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE
it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform Best Buy Button &
Buckle of the refusal. If you accept the package, make sure it is
noted on the carrier delivery record in order for Best Buy Button & Buckle to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing
it arrived in; notify Best Buy Button & Buckle immediately to arrange
for a carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise.
RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITION:
LIKE NEW CONDITION: All returned products must be returned
100% complete, including all of its components, all original boxes and packing
materials, manuals and etc.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED
CONDITION:
Best Buy Button & Buckle reserves the right to refuse
crediting the customer account and the product will be returned to the customer.
The return freight will be billed to the customer credit card.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
All defective product (or develops problems not related to
misuse or abuse) returned within 30 days from purchase will be credited to customer
account. Defective product returned after 30 days may be returned for repair
or exchange only, at Best Buy Button & Buckle's option. Beyond 90 days,
Best Buy Button & Buckle will not accept or replace defective and
incompatible products.
INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUES:
If the product is INCOMPATIBLE with your product or machine,
contact Best Buy Button & Buckle within 30 days from the invoice
date and a replacement product will be sent if error is determined to be caused
by Best Buy Button & Buckle. If Best Buy Button & Buckle
sends a correct replacement, cross shipments must be secured by credit card
for customers and a charge will appear on the credit card until the returned
product is received in the Best Buy Button & Buckle warehouse. Refund
will be credited within 15 days after the return is received. If Best Buy Button
& Buckle does not have a product that will work in that system, Best
Buy Button & Buckle will issue an RMA and refund the purchase price
within 30 days from the invoice date.
